Hands down the most perfect place to stay on Daytona Beach! CLEAN, Perfect location, Secure, heated pool, hot tub, SO many places to walk to either down the beach or up the street and AMAZING hosts to top put the cherry on top!

A GREAT ocean front escape! In a nice area for all kinds of food and activities. It's wonderful to walk on the beach or swim in the pool and the balcony allows you to soak in the sunshine while enjoying a beautiful view. The unit has everything

Beautiful place to stay with an ocean view. We watched dolphins from our balcony. Everything was decorated so beautiful. The pool was heated & nice hot tub. You can take long walks on the beach. Nothing better for a relaxing vacation.

Visited this home for a family emergency and the hosts could not have been more hospitable. The view is spectacular and the condo and building immaculate. Highly recommend.

This cozy spot was perfect!! The hosts are amazing and what you to have the best experience possible, very communicative and responsive almost immediately.

Our hosts Duane & Andrea were absolutely spectacular. With quick responses, detailed directions, & local recommendations, the hosts made our stay easy and enjoyable. The view of the ocean from our balcony was astounding and quite frankly, never got old. I highly recommend booking your next trip to Daytona Beach with them!

Duane's place is a perfect location on the world's greatest beach! Half a mile walk to the boardwalk and pier with so many things to see and do. It is obvious that Duane and Andrea put a lot of thought and care into making this unit a beautiful home away from home. The unit itself is VERY clean and well equipped with nice bedding, a beautiful bathroom and a great kitchen should you decide to cook a meal and stay in to enjoy the ocean view. The view from the living room and balcony are beautiful and a great place for a day or night in. Overall, our stay was exceptional and Duane was very communicative and helpful. Don't pass up on your chance to stay here. We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Not only was the condo beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything you need, the view can't be beat! It is right on the ocean with your own private balcony and furinture to enjoy the view. There is also a large pool and hot tub with access to the ocean and a place to rinse off the sand after taking a long walk on the beach. Close by there are bars/restaurants that you can walk to and access from the beach. Most importantly the condo is CLEAN with new and modern furniture and appliances. The owners are SO nice, super responsive and truly want to make sure you have an amazing time. You can tell they love having guests stay at their place to experience what they love so much. I will most definitely be back to Daytona and will be staying at Lummerville Resort!

Our stay at Lummerville resort was very tranquil, cozy, & beautiful. Our room was decorated beautifully & stocked with all of the necessities you may need for your trip in Daytona beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & there were plenty of beach supplies to take down to the pool or to the ocean. Also, the sunrise/sunsets are to die for. 12/10 recommend staying here!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and within walking distance to all the great places. We loved the view & will definitely be back to enjoy some sunshine & that pool.
